Hey. this plugin is conflicting with upgrading from stone to Metal and HQM. This problem is for normal upgrades like foundations and stuff. and water base plugin. Waring I recomend that if people have the waterbase plugin they shoud check there servers, because you can't upgrade from sont. to metal and HQM. I would also not recomend using it before it's updated

The plugin does the same as the dlc. Players who purchase the DLC will experience the same issues when updating with the plugin. You need to ask the developer of the plugin that updates the buildings to add support for new skins.
