Error compiling with this latest update, could you help ?

Getting this, not sure if i have updated the correct file latest release, i just downloaded using the button above the buy option here in the page.

this is what i get below 

Error while compiling: RaidableBases.cs(15848,45): error CS0173: Type of conditional expression cannot be determined because there is no implicit conversion between `int' and `NetworkableId'

right so in the rb file i can see the version is the latest you posted 2.7.1 

ive also updated the copy paste plugin but still same error above , not sure what could but you mentioned there should be a zip file to download in the comment above the 2.7.1 ..  this i downloaded was only a cs file plugin , so is there a second file 2.7.2 somewhere ? thanks

as i stated in the rb thread there is an issue with copypaste so i advise not using either plugin until the issue is fixed. seems to be an issue with Rust or Oxide
