A recent update maybe after 2.1.9 has changed smelting and refining rates for furnaces and refiners that are started with igniters back to vanilla

Yes I left out a hook when I was troubleshooting the electric ovens.. If you want to reach out on discord I can give you a patched version otherwise it will get released with the updates required on this forced wipe.
