Toggling between groups (Syntax)

what is the syntax to grant/revoke a a player's permission to the admin group. I can't seem to make this work.

 "Toggle Groups To Grant (Leave blank to disable)": [???????],

Try this
 

{
    "Toggle Groups To Grant (Leave blank to disable)": [ 
        "Group1", 
        "Group2", 
        "Group3" 
    ]
}

Obviously, change the Group1 Group2 Group3 to your specified groups and for each new group, you want to add this line below
"Group1", 
And only use commas, in every group except the last one
