plug in loads but pressing e does not work

Hello, i do not see any permissions so I assume it is plug and play as it loads on my server just fine but nothing appears when I press e and i do not see any errors on the console. Do I have to do a full server restart for this plug in to take effect?

is it possible to add a function where we can delete the  ping ourselves by looking at it and pressing a button as well as a delete all ping function this way because it's very easy to spam ping
