Block clothing

admins can remove their clothing when the slots are even locked

I have investigated this and the code I have written seems to be working correctly
But I found out that this was likely changed some time ago, so it only shows the locked icon grid and is not locking the items anymore...

My suggestion is Enable the option that prevents dropping of items and then if a admin or mod tries to drop their anything or outfit it wont work

yeah thanks i have done that just means nude admins hahaha

As rust keeps on changing stuff each month and sometimes features like this stops working
