Is there any way to make custom loot tables for different boxes such as a box for only ammo or box for only weapons etc

hi, no, everything spawns into random containers. you can specify some options but not that.

hi could you make alpha loot compatible with raidable bases 
im having an issue with to much loot going into the tc
for my previous issue^^

Alpha Loot is for Loot Containers, not Storage Containers, so it can't work

all resources should go into the TC. you can disable moving items to TC in the config, or you can blacklist which items you don't want going in there
