As the title suggests, all the test is in russian on my english server. I don't know why.

Hi! I fixed this in version 1.1.3. You need to:
1. Unload the plugin (o.unload Cases)
2. Remove lang files (oxide/langs/en/Cases.json)
3. Install a new version of the plugin
