Leave Logs not working

I will provide you a part of the code. because I dont understan why the rest of the code is working but the leave logs is not.

The join logs is working perfect and I made work the rest of the code. but still not showing who leave the server

Rust broke the leave logs last force wipe. They no longer log to RCON 

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
