Players have skinbox and when skinning a 5 star weapon they lost the perks and levels.

I'm currently working on rewriting this plugin, so any bug fixes will be included in that... unfortunately this means its going to take some time.

I looked into this for 2.1.2 but since I do not own the SkinBox plugin I could not reproduce the issue. I have tested this plugin with similar free plugins, such as Item Skin Randomizer and it works fine (doesn't reset the quality). If I am to fix this, I will need help with someone that owns skinbox in order to test it.
