Conflict with XDQuest

Power Modifer being installed causes an issue with XDQuest. 

per Nivex:

Please fix.

You will have to provide the error it outputs in console.

There was no specific error. 

I was sitting in Discord with Nivex trying to fix the issue. EVERYTHING pointed towards NOVA Weather. 

Uninstalled it... still had the issue. 

So Nivex asked "Do you have anything else controlling IO?". I replied "Power Modifier?" 

We unloaded it, reloaded XDQuest... and XDQuest works fine.

Sadly if you cannot produce a console error, i cannot help with the situation.

& I cannot locate this plugin you speak of on codefling or umod.
