Few small changes updates

I decently purchased your plugin, while I am impressed, I think a few small changes would make it function better.

1. when you are on the create clan screen, there is no way to exit out that screen should you not want to create a clan

2. Clan names, I created clan Team1 and someone else created clan team1, I think you need to adjust it to not be case sensitive on clan names.

3. when you goto players list and invite a player, their ingame name doesn't show up on the Invitee's page, 

4. using skinbox.. no skins are loading into clans "Skin" Tab.

5. Top Players page shows online players if they are ranked, and empty spaces for offline players name.

when I find more things.. I'll be sure to let you know, hopefully you can update this very soon!
