This doesn't appear to be working for us,

Is there a way to log all admin commands typed out too?

This seems to be working fine after testing it. 

Maybe you have a plugin that is stopping the F1 messages from being logged!?

And without a plugin it would not be possible to log commands that have been ran

Do you know what could prevent their logging? Is there any history of that?
