No NPCs spawn and Store Robbery 1.1.6 does not exist

No NPCs spawn, not even in the environment or on the roof, neither at the start nor at the end of the event.

Download version is the Store Robbery 1.1.5
and not Store Robbery 1.1.6

I will have a look into this tmmr or the next day to see if I can get a fix
