/h is not working

I have image library and unloaded and reloaded the addon about 3-4 times please help

Do you get any message in a chat or in a console?
The team is available only if you have admin rights

it says unkownchat command and yes i have admin rights i have perms manager and all that good stuff

are you sure the plugin is loaded?

it says its stuck in unloaded

This means that you do not have ImageLibrary installed or there are some other problems with your hosting, check if you have other plugins which require ImageLibrary working

i have 3 something is wrong with your plugin i see others have said something and you just brush it off

If the plugin is unloaded to the server it is a problem on your side, and other users are working fine, 
try o.load Hud and check console messages
