How to use /wp_edit on different pages?

Hi there I am wanting to move the next page buttons that I have on one of the other page tabs not the initial welcome screen, im using /wp_edit to open the UI but I cant select what page to edit, I Have the Home tab then Rules, then Plugins1 and Plugins 2 im wanting to edict the position of the next page buttons on Plugins 1 and Plugins 2 but cant select those pages in the editor.
