Request: Turn all snowmen (even junkpile ones) into zombies/scarecrows/npc etc...)

For the junkpile snowmen, I want to be able to turn into whatever npc I want, just like the snowmen from the giant christmas tree.

I will add this functionality eventually, but don't expect it to come soon since I don't have much time at the moment and other plugins have a higher priority.
