Not sure what I am doing wrong but everything in the hotel works however there are no doors.

Hey. That issue has been posted many times. 

99% of the times is because rustedit plugin is not installed, updated or working properly.  Update / reinstall the plugin on your server, that should fix the issue. If that doesn't help try the prefab on a fresh map with no plugins, sometimes they break the servers. Happy new year.
