plugin keeps unloading

i have downloaded the npcspawn and sputnik, it all loads up then says plugin unloaded..im new to this whole thing and confused any help would be appreciated

Enter the "plugins" command and find NpcSpawn and sputnik there. And send me what it says next to them

i have the sputnik.cs file in the plugin files

i used the o.load sputnik this is what i got

[Sputnik] Data file not found

There is a data folder in the plugin folder. You need to put its contents in the oxide\data folder

And I recommend that you resstart the server. Due to the fact that the messages are duplicated

is that the sputnik .json file if so its already there

Delete it and put there the one that is in the folder that you downloaded from the site

do i need to copy and paste whats in file because when i delete it and do the one in the download its blank

ok the data file is there but it still says can not load no plugin found with that file name

will it start working if i restart the server
