Names and Steam ID's not showing

Hello! Im not sure what might have changed or what I am doing wrong, but our player names and associated Steam ID's are no longer showing. Could you possibly provide some guidance?

Make sure you have your settings set properly if you use betterchat or not. 

We do use better chat and it is enabled in the config. is there a chance that our betterchat plugin is out of date and causing an issue?

Do you use any other chat plugins

No we do not.

my fault we use colored chat and better chat

I was able to resolve this by updating our better chat plugin.

Changed Status from Pending to Not a Bug
