Im sorry I dont see it, where are the in-game commands listed?

 

there is mention to UI (user interface)

No commands are needed other than the one you set in the config for the deposit ex: ServerRewards or Economics,. The ui will open at npc vending machines you setup in the config and player are able to exchange scrap via the ui.
