Not able to tell if spawnpoint is set

Hello, I'm going around my seerver and typing the /givemodule command in my chat in order to set spawn points but I don't get a response from the plugin so I'm unsure of how to tell if they're setting and how many I can set. Can you give me a more in depth explanation on how to use this?

You're using the wrong command to set the spawn points of the cars

/customcarspawnpoint buoyancy_car_1

Thank you. I had to read the config file to find the command. But now I have an issue with the spawn points not spawning cars. My decay i turned off on the server
