Combat maintenance perk is disabled while in a raid zone.
Seems to operate fine otherwise.

Not sure what the conflict is there.

All this perk does is add additional condition health when OnLoseCondition is triggered. Maybe speak to nivex and see if there is anything that is designed to affect this.
