event not starting

hi there i just baught the plugin i placed everything tino the files they need to go . it sayas the plugin is loaded but when i try and start the event it says the command does not exist .

does it maybe need a server restart ?

 

Try start event 

nope it still says the command does not exist

 

Write o.reload Space to the server console and send me a screenshot

I need to see what will be in the console after the reload 

Have you installed the NpcSpawn plugin?

yes . i created the data folder and uploaded the files to tie specific folderes as it was
