    I love your plugin and i've added it a couple of days ago before wipe. i notice time played was working now after wipe it is not registering.???? need help!

    I used the Playtime Tracker plugin but everytime the server restarts it wipes the timer then in /pr played time is 0 again. Can you help?

    Hi,

    Sorry, not really. PlayerRanks just displays the figure held by Playtime Tracker.
    Even if you totally wipe PlayerRanks data, it'll still show the current figures for Playtime Tracker (and Economics and ServerRewards).

    I understand but PlayerRanks just reads whatever value PlaytimeTracker has.
    It never wipes or clears that data so I guess there must be some issue with PlaytimeTracker itself?

    Cannot be a problem with database saving? In /pr I see player called Mr_Brown with 05:55:38, but in database there is 00:00:00

    SQL saves when the main database saves. You're looking at a save of the table when that player was offline.
    Next time Playerranks saves, SQL table will update.

    Thank you. I found out that the PlaytimeTracker I've downloaded was corrupted. Please share this information if anyone has any issues with their time resetting back to zero on restarts. Thank you again.

    Is possible to change plugin PlayTime Tracker for a different one? I think the plugin PlayTime Tracker does not working correctly. I have right now player. And he is on the server for 10 hours already, but in the database he have only 5,5 hours as time played.

    still dont know why time played resets everytime i restart the server? but, enough of that....Steen is there a way to post top 3 players on category. i see it on other servers being posted on screen top 3. gives them a way to fight for 1st.

    For PlaytimeTracker issues you're better going to uMod and posting in support there.
    PlayerRanks just reads the info from PTT data file so if that info is zero, that's a PTT issue or something else.

    Yes, you can publish top three.

    From PlayerRanks description - 
     

    • useTimedTopList - Toggle public broadcast rotation.
    • TimedTopListAmount
    • TimedTopListTimer
    • TimedTopListSize - Font size for chat output.
    • TimedTopListNumbered - Adds ordered numbering to chat output (1st,2nd,etc).

     

    @Bazim You're probably not recording AFK time or something.
    Check the PTT config file, and uMod documentation.

    also i just discovered that i had to type /playtime in game then it gave me the list and suddenly /pr is showing the correct time. i have a player with over 9 days.

    do i have to type /playtime for /pr to register?

    Glad you got it up and running. Thanks for letting us know.

    To be honest, regarding PlaytimeTracker, I've no idea.
    I don't recall having to do anything at all when I added the feature, and I've not had reports and issues over the years (it is years...).
    Maybe something's changed in PTT recently?

    I wrote a plugin for someone recently which relies heavily on Playtime being tracked, and read, and it has no issues that way.
