redeemrecycler issue

having a issue where when a player has already claimed their allowed limit and system issues warning that you have zero remaining however still issues recycler

Side  note  this is a brand new install actually 7th install after having to fully remove it thinking bad install
each time i deleted config, plugin and data and ran a fresh install and same results

also after a player redeems there allowed two and its still issuing more recyclers data file updates    "available recyclers":  (field)   to  neg numbers.  
works great until you want to limit  how many players are allowed. 

Yeah I have this fixed now. Will push the update in a bit.

update did not fix issue,
i completely removed plugin, config and data and reinstalled fresh from newest update

but now it also gets stuck at 1 recycler left and each time you redeem it says you have one left. i have ran redeem command a good 15 times and once count get to one it stays there  and still issues recyclers

Do you have the recyclers.admin permission?
If so, you won't have a recycler limit.

i do have  "recyclers.admin"  permissions as well as other owner that were testing this plugin. 
So whoever has  recyclers.admin permission bypasses any limits set? Is that correct and can issue admin commands?
