need help with map and workcartspawner

i have installed the map on my server and thanks it look's like really good

i have installed the plugin "workcartspawner" and it works but the "workcartspawner" spawns two at the same time in one place and looks like a bug and it's bad. can you help me with my problem?

Hi you will need to adjust the spawn times in the config file on the plugin 

but how?

Are there 2 trains spawning at the stations in total ? Should be one each side 

Also make sure this is set to 10 on the config
"Time to respawn after Death (seconds)": 10,

there are normal settings nothing changed
