How often does this happen. Have you noticed any pattern?

I'm finding it's happening every other convoy, which means it's probably occurring on our longer convoy containing 2 of each vehicle. I'm assuming it's because I use TruePVE which is controlling what damage can be done to a base? Not sure if that helps any lol!
