editing cmd breaks the game

when doing the edit cmd it breaks and i cant get out of the ui or do anything but i can still shoot in the background had to kill the game from task manager, been put off can i please get some help to sort this? was really keen but finding it hard to edit the pages to my liking. thank you!

Sorry but there is no way that plugin can break your game in a way that you can shoot in background while being forced to close game with task manager.

Basically..

When I type /wp_edit

I click on something to edit and it opens the main page

No cursor is visible and if I click any where the left side of the UI goes black with text still visible and I can't close or do anything

I can still control my player behind the UI

I can't close the UI unless I kill the game or bring the console up and unload the plugin it just breaks

Editor is working exactly as intended, here is what I did in that short clip. 

1. select panel you want to edit
2. select side of the panel you want to move (WASD), I selected bottom one with S, hence my character moved back
3. Click left or right button on your mouse to increase/decrease anchor value of specific side
4. Press R to go back to edit menu

It might be bit confusing on first glance but that was the only way how to make it work with keys in game.

Ahhhh I see sorry I completely missed something some where then! I am really sorry I didn't know it worked like that!

How should I be editing the template to suit me like the text etc?

Text is parented to content panel. Thing is that panel has transparent color so you cant really see where you moving it unless you change color of it before editing. 

I just wanted to say thanks for the help David, everything was really easy to get setup once I got my head around it!
