Cars in convoy getting stuck

Having issues again with vehicles getting stuck/separated from convoy.  What info do you need?

The two white cars, around Z15 on map seed: 9479, Size: 5000

how exactly did they get stuck? Please take a screenshot a little closer if this happens again. Maybe they crashed into something? Or maybe the rails got in the way?

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

It's happened multiple times., same place every time.    I'll get more screenshots
