Install plugin and give permission. Plugin not working

So the plugin did register the permission, and you were able to give the permission to yourself. 

Are you getting an error or are items just not splitting?

I have tested it with this latest update so there should be no issues.. DO you have any other plugins that deal with Splitting or stack sizes?

Are you using "Stacks Extended"?

Yes using stacks extended. Plugin load Check it via console. Not Error and permission is ok
