Plugin not working at all

I previously had a separate gather rate and stack plugin on a server and they worked but required editing things individual. So I got this one to do everything globally. It didn't work at all. I thought there might have been some left over conflict with the previous plugins. So I reinstalled the entire server. 

I added this plugin straight away with the permissions plugin and still nothing worked. I simply tested upping wood from 1,000 to 6,000. Looked like it saved right but doesn't actually work in the game. I tried the gather rate, but that didn't save at all, then I found out from a previous post there was a "k" missing to fix that. I edit the .cs file on line 149 as suggested. That worked, it fixed the gather rate to say its now 5.0 However, it doesn't reflect that in game when I actually try to gather things.

In essence, this plugin doesn't work at all on a freshly installed server. What am I missing here, because the 2 individual plugins worked. I wasted days trying to figure this out. Is this plugin broken? Do I request a refund? What do I do here? 

Yes, I reloaded the plugin, I even rebooted the server.

Almost every configuration page in this plugin has a panel on the top left to enable the custom configuration. This option has to be enabled for the config to be applied e.g. in the stack size editor the option "Custom stack size" needs to be enabled.

Hello, thank you for quick response, but yes, I know about this. I have literally spent a day or 2 making sure I wasn't doing something stupid or missing something as simple as this.

It seems like you are the only one having such an issue. Are there any error messages in the console when you try to load the plugin or are there any other loot related plugins installed on your server? Also try to spawn a loot crate (the loot profile of the crate needs to be enabled in the editor) and see if there is an error in the console.
