Static Lootables support

Please add support for this plugin so we can manage loot tables from one central place

Since the plugin does not provide an api, I will need to get in touch with the developer in order to implement support for that plugin. At the moment I can't promise anything.

I have spoken with the author of the Static Lootables plugin, in the next update it will get an API so other plugins can edit the loot contents

I'm currently working togehter with him to create the api

I finally implemented support for static lootables. It is currently still in beta and has to be enabled via a flag (for more details refer to the description).
