Fuel in Fuel tank

Is there supposed to be fuel in the fuel tank?

theres never any whatever i enter in the config

do you wanna fill the water tank module with fuel? it's not possible, it can be only filled with water, it's fully controlled by the SpawnModularCar plugin

water tank fills with water fine,

problem is fuel tank, never has fuel in it, i tried all settings/combinations
