Error in my console

I don't know the circumstances surrounding how this error appeared, but I noticed it in my console window just now:

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Fixed In to 1.1.9

This should now be fixed, any more issues please let me know.

I'm also getting a somewhat of the same issue.. Not sure whats causing this

Can you tell me any details of when and how this happens? Using the pickup command or hammer hit? etc
