Some players can't see the craft menu

I've had several players tell me the craft menu isn't showing up for them. This only happened after today's hotfix. I am able to see the craft menu on all 3 tiers with an admin account and a non-admin account. The default group has access to the craft menu.

Same problem on our server

I have server.uselegacyworkbenchinteraction true
I changed it to server.uselegacyworkbenchinteraction false
then server.uselegacyworkbenchinteraction true again

It started to work for one user.. but I still got users that can't see the menu

I'm afraid that this is client side issue which Facepunch will have to fix themself. I can only force server to send server variable to player but if client has bug which causes it to not accept it then there's nothing I can do. 

Ask one of the affected players to open their F1 console, type this command and send you the result (it will say True or False):
