Amount spawned

Closed 1.1.1 1.1.3

while testing other things..

there was lots of cars not cleaned up by traffic drivers so i ran

del assets/content/vehicles/modularcar/3module_car_spawned.entity.prefab

to get of the cars

then restarted the plugin with no config file, so it genereated default config

and it keeps raiding the amount of cars spawned, if keep deleting the asset.

i know cleaning up with deleting the assets is not a nice way to do it, but this shouldnt happen.

o.unload then o.load resets the amount of cars being spawned to the correct number in the config file, 

then o.reload will increment it

higly not recommended to use o.reload, it seems like the spawn manager continuing to spawn the queued vehicles
