Installed this event and got this error  

Failed to compile: Oxide.Ext.CarbonAliases is referenced by MeteorEvent plugin but is not loaded

 

carbonalias has been installed, reloaded cs file no help running oxide.

do i need to restart server?

Hey. Make sure the extension has been loaded.
There is no need to restart the server if you installed extension first time, but you can try.
You can always stop the server and paste the dll manually to the folder.
