OwnCasinoPremium appears to be causing recyclers to continue running after the last item has been recycled.  I am not getting any errors in my logs, but if I roll back to a previous version this behaviour stops.  I didn't have the problem on my Test server, but as soon as I updated to the latest version(listed as [Info("Own Casino Premium", "NooBlet", "1.7.8")] in the file btw) this behaviour starts.
