Unable to find permissions

I noticed /waterbike wasn't working said I didn't have permission but when I looked in the permissions manager or admin menu there are no permissions .. Am I missing something here?

 

I also noticed when I reload the plugin I see this is console

Solved removed the plugin and readded it now everything works
