Basements

I have been very patient in Not being able to use your Basements plugin. I am using TruePVE and DamageControl. If I keep BOTH of these on. Players Bases get wiped out by the Heli. If I take Damage Control OFF. Heli can still wipe out players Bases.

So can you help with Why is this Happening? It seems everyone can use your Basements but me. I have No Idea why this is taking place. 

Why is the Heli able to destroy players Bases? Is there a Setting or other Plugin I should be using? True PVE should handle the whole issue even without Damage Control Protection. But it does not?

Any ideas out there as to why no matter how I config either one of these. Bases are still being destroyed. I used this for about 3 days after I bought it. And then found out that was allowing players to use the Heli to destroy other players bases. Not that they could steal stuff. But to just be DICKS I guess. Any help or Ideas how I can fix this would be appreciated. So thank you. And what are you guys doing that I am not ??? Players want this back but Geeze Man!!! Heli still destroys buildings.
