Unable to sell Legendary Items

I'm unable to sell legendary items that were created with Item Perks: Legendary Items. I've looked through the config and haven't found anything that would keep this from working and I've also searched Discord, which also didn't have anything. 

I'm able to sell regularly enhanced gear like normal, for what it's worth.
