Hello, I'm sorry for the long answer, BetterNpc_old is just a backup of the files for you that you had when you started the update, the same files were created for the NpcSpawn and BetterNpc configurations.
For Military Tunnel and Missile Silo, you just need to copy the list of coordinates for each preset from the default data files to your files.
