Plugin does not work

Hey there,

i bought and downloaded the "SkillTree.cs" file, i placed it directly into the Servers oxide/plugins directory.
i restarted the Rust Server on the gportal website.. the file oxide/Config/Skilltree.json got created and some others where i can edit XP rates and other stuff but still the XP Bar on the buttom right is not showing and i dont get XP by hitting a tree or killing a boar.

What can i do to change this ?

The Oxide Mods (UMOD) Option on gportal is activated.

I would love some help.
