Stopped working with new rust update

There are no options to upgrade your base or anything after today's rust update.

I think you might have removed the tcupgrades permissions, can you check pls

Use Permissionmanager or any other permission check plugin for default group

im having same thing and i looked in perms its not there

it stopped working  the plugin  TCUpgrades 

c.reload TCUpgrade

Invalid plugin format in 'TCUpgrade.cs'. Namespace must be Carbon|Oxide.Plugins and inherited class must be Carbon|Rust|CovalencePlugin.

Rename the plugin to TCUpgrades.cs

Maybe the plugin didnt loaded properly, make sure to have the imagelibrary plugin updated
