Convoy won't cross bridges

Hello. My players are reporting that the convoys are not going around the map - they go between bridges, stop, and turn around. They were also doing this last wipe, when there were no bridges. I took a video but don't know how to get it to you; I tried dropping it here. It's a demo video from the game. If there's a better way to send or record it, please let me know. I wasn't able to paste it here. Apologies, I'm not very tech savvy either.

A little about the map - it's a custom one that I paid for. It's got several bridges on it. Roads run all around the map. Trains run all the way around as well, but I'm not sure what the issue with the convoy is. I don't have any custom paths or anything like that.

As the convoy is a very popular event on the server, any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
