Automatic Start Not Working

Since wipe, I notice that the Sputnik plugin is not automatically starting for me. I did a fresh install of the plugin and set it to automatically start but it is not doing this. I am able to successfully start it with sputnikstart in the console, so it is otherwise working properly. I have been launching it on a schedule now with Timed Execute, but it has never needed this before.  Is there something new in the config file that I should now set in this latest version?  Thank you for your assistance.
