Train Wagon Loot Bug – "Crate locked" error after clearing debris

A player just used the train to bring a few wagons to the freight yard to loot them. They vacuumed up the debris, and the crates are now exposed, but they still cannot be looted. When trying to take something out, the message 'Crate locked' appears.

PS: Is there a way for crates that belong to someone else (e.g., hackable crates) to be unlocked for everyone after a certain amount of time?
