What effect does the fishloot.rod permission have?
I'd like to confirm this as it's not explained.

The config file states that Bonus Chance should be granted.
What does Bonus Chance refer to?
Although not explicitly stated, does it refer to the rewards added in the configuration?

Also, if a fishing rod crafted by a player with the `fishloot.condition` permission is used, the rod's durability will not decrease even for players without the `fishloot.condition` permission.
Is this the intended behavior?

I thought the rod's durability wouldn't decrease only when a player with the permission is fishing...
