Players fall into the abyss from the lobby. They receive a message saying they've lost levels.

I've moved the placement arena, but it's still happening. This has been happening since the new June update.

What happens if the play area is set to default location?
Try deleting the map json in data/survivalarena and load the plugin again.

just done this and its still doing it

Yes, same for me. I had to uninstall both plugins (SurvivalArena and GunGame).
